Service Description

This call will be where we will: 1. Get to know each other a little better. 2. Discuss your goals and desires. 3. Establish healthy expectations for us both during this process. 4. Answer any questions you've got about me or the program. 5. Decide if this actually is the next right step for you and your goals. 6. Set up your coaching and energy healing schedule. All Clarity Calls will be held on Zoom. Information you need to know before this call: - This call is only for serious inquiries regarding my signature coaching program called The Sabotage S.W.A.P. - This program has 2 options: 1:1 Coaching and Group Coaching. This call is specifically for potential 1:1 clients who are prepared to commit to and invest in themselves. - If you are interested in the Group Coaching option, please feel free to reach out to me on social media or via my contact page in order to share your questions about the program. - If you only have a casual interest, but aren't serious about getting started right now, please feel free to follow me on social media and join my mailing list to help you on your self-healing journey until you are ready to take this next step.

Cancellation Policy

I am in the Eastern Time Zone. If the times offered do not work well with your time zone, I will be happy to do your session remotely via zoom and I will send you the recording along with the results packet I will I send with your session. Out of courtesy to other clients who would like to fill your appointment slot, please contact me 24 hours in advance at christy@sparklealatte.com if you need to reschedule your session. If you need to cancel prior to your appointment and do not wish to reschedule at this time, you will be issued a full refund. However, once you have booked your session and your appointment is complete (regardless of whether you select a live zoom call or a remote session), no refunds will be issued.
